The project involves wholesale markets in Parma, Andria, and Sestu, promoting economic, social, and environmental sustainability and fostering collaborative approaches throughout the agri-food supply chain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Needs:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe WUHAO project addresses the need to improve surplus food management and reduce waste along the agri-food supply chain. Meetings with key stakeholders, including market operators, charitable organizations, and policymakers, will help identify barriers and opportunities to ensure effective planning and shared solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expected Outcomes:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe implementation of innovative logistics models will optimize surplus food redistribution, contribute to waste reduction, and enhance economic, social, and environmental sustainability.
