The project aims to promote the region\u2019s unique characteristics and facilitate access to funding opportunities, through the development of an operational toolkit for local agri-food businesses. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Media Valle del Tirso Rural District has highlighted the need to launch a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of its agri-food ecosystem, by creating favourable conditions for collaboration between businesses and promoting joint projects geared towards local development. The support requested is intended to identify funding opportunities and address the challenges of depopulation and territorial regeneration. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project has provided a tailored strategic support for 15 companies, including face-to-face meetings, analysis of needs and competitive positioning. An individual report was produced for each company and an practical toolkit containing proposals on competitiveness, value creation and skills. The initiative has strengthened the dialogue between stakeholders at local level, resulting in a strategic framework consistent with the vision of the District.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Features:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project was carried out in two phases: the first focused on the strategic framework and mapping the needs of businesses, whilst the second centred on defining concrete courses of action. The work included one-to-one meetings, an analysis of best practice, the identification of KPIs and training proposals.
