Description of project: Study of pre-feasibility for the Municipality of Florence for a management in-house of schooling schooling. The project plans analysis technical, economic and regulatory on 15 centres cooking, assessing costs, governance, demand, needs structural and impact social. The objective is to propose a model sustainable, efficient and traceable to guarantee quality nutritional, transparency and valorisation of assets public.
Needs:
The Municipality of Florence has requesteda of pre-feasibility analysis to verify the possibility of to bring in-house the management of service canteen schooling, today externalised. The need arises from willingness to improve quality, equality and sustainability of service, reduce the dependence on procurement external, value the centres cooking existing facilities and guarantee major control on costs, supplies, aspects nutritional and conditions of labour, in coherence with the goals of the 2030 Agenda.
Results:
The project aimsto evaluatethe feasibility of a management public directly of service canteen schooling of Municipality of Firenze, with the aim of improving quality, sustainability and control. The analysis aims at restoring a framework detailed of state actual of 15 centres cooking, estimating costs, needs, scenarios organisational and economic-social impacts. these are identified limits infrastructural critical and proposed models of reorganisation productive, useful to guide the choices strategic of the administration.
