Needs:
Distretto Rurale Media Valle del Tirso has expressed the need to activate a strategic pathway aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of its agri-food ecosystem, building favourable conditions for collaboration between enterprises and promoting shared planning oriented towards local development. The support requested is aimed at intercepting funding opportunities and responding to the challenges of depopulation and territorial regeneration.
Results:
The project produced customised strategic accompaniment for 15 companies, with face-to-face meetings, needs analysis and competitive positioning. An individual report was produced for each company and an operational toolkit containing proposals on competitiveness, enhancement and skills. The intervention strengthened the dialogue between local actors, generating a strategic framework consistent with the District’s vision.
Features:
The intervention was developed in two phases: the first dedicated to the strategic framing and mapping of business needs, the second to the definition of concrete courses of action. The work included one-to-one meetings, analysis of good practices, identification of KPIs and training proposals. The approach adopted was collaborative, oriented towards the empowerment of enterprises and the enhancement of the territory.
